We are a small company specialising in 3D-printed pet toys and supplies. Because every part of our process is handled in-house, we’re able to quality-check each product before it leaves our HQ.
Below, we’ve broken down our workflow into five simple steps to give you, the customer, a clear look at how we create our products.
Step 1
Before we can sell our products a series of design and prototyping steps are taken to evaluate the product.
Step 2
We use a number of different filaments including PLA, PETG and TPU. The choice of filament we use depends on the product we are creating and the level of rigidity or flexibility we are looking to create.
STEP 3
One of the drawbacks from 3D printing is the time it takes to print each product. This is a small price though for quality and flexibility of the customisation available.
STEP 4
Some of our products require just a simple quality check before shipping. The products that touch food undergo an epoxy resin coating that makes them food-safe.
STEP 5
Once we are happy that the products are good to send out we can set them up for delivery.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase however our products are created for each customer individually. We are unable to accept returns because of this. If your product is damaged please see our refund policy.
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
As we create everything to order lead times will be slightly longer. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Our products are created in-house at Zoomies HQ. We are a small business and create all product designs and deliverables ourselves.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
